If you share your experience about cleanliness, product selection, staff assistance, and overall satisfaction, it can improve the products and services we offer at our Loblaws subsidiary stores.

To share your experience with Loblaws, visit the official website: https://storeopinion.ca.
Once you visit the website, you’ll be asked to enter your 19–21 digit survey code.
If you’ve misplaced your receipt, simply choose the “Don’t have receipt” option to continue.
Enter Receipt Details like survey code, date, and store number to verify your entry.
Select the store you visited, such as No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Loblaws, Zehrs, Fortinos, or others, to give accurate feedback.
Confirm the store’s location and address displayed on the screen to ensure the survey matches your visit.
Agree to continue by clicking “Yes, please proceed with the survey” so your entry is valid for the monthly contest.
Rate your experience—cleanliness, product selection, staff assistance, and overall satisfaction.
Once done, you’ll automatically qualify for the $1,000 gift card / 1,000,000 PC Optimum™ points contest.
You’ll be asked to complete a structured feedback form that contains a few questions about your shopping experience. You can tell us about any negative feedback you experienced in the past or any other feedback you have. The kind of feedback you give will not affect your chances of winning this contest.
